We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Please note that we may cancel any class due to weather, low enrollment, or emergencies. Please make sure you check the online schedule frequently and that your contact information is up to date including your phone number.
Class Registration and Payment:
a. To participate in our classes, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.
b. Payment for classes must be made in advance or as specified by the studio. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, or online payment methods.
c. Class availability is subject to change and may be limited. We recommend booking classes in advance to secure your spot.
d. Wait-List: If you sign up for a wait-list, you are expressing your interest in attending the class up until one hour before start time. You will receive an email notification if you have been admitted into the class. You can also log into your Mindbody Online account and check to see if you have been admitted. If you no longer feel you could make it to class, please remove your name from the wait-list. Late Cancel or no-show fees may apply.
Studio Etiquette and Code of Conduct:
a. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled class start time to allow for check-in, settling in, and preparation.
b. Respect the studio space and other participants by maintaining a quiet and peaceful environment. Avoid excessive noise, distractions, or disruptive behavior.
c. Silence or turn off your mobile devices before entering the studio to minimize disruptions.
d. Follow the instructions and guidance provided by the instructors. If you have any questions or concerns, please communicate with the instructor before or after the class.
Health and Safety:
a. Participation in our classes is at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically and mentally capable of participating in the classes.
b. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns that may affect your ability to practice yoga/pilates, it is essential to consult with your healthcare professional before attending the classes.
c. Inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations before the class begins. The instructor will provide modifications or adjustments where appropriate, but it is your responsibility to listen to your body and practice within your comfort zone.
Cancellation and Refunds:
a. Our cancellation policy, as outlined separately, applies to all class cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows. Please review the cancellation policy for specific details.
b. Refunds or credits for missed classes may be provided in exceptional circumstances and are subject to the discretion of the studio.
Studio Liability:
a. The studio and its instructors will take reasonable measures to ensure a safe environment and provide accurate instruction. However, we cannot be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during your participation in the classes.
b. By attending our classes, you acknowledge and agree to release the studio, its owners, instructors, and staff from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other claim arising from your participation in the classes.
Modifications to Terms and Conditions:
a. The studio reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website, email, or other appropriate means.
